This set of arches (4 pieces) are made for the MITSUBISHI L200, year 2010- 2014. They extend about 8 cm from the side of the vehicle.
Flares for the double cab, single and club cab (extra cab) are available. Please, let us know your model when ordering.
They are made of good quality, hand-laid fiberglass and the surface is black gelcoat (smooth mat). Make sure your car is the model described above and shown in the photos. They will fit the new facelift bumper edition introduced in 2010. If you are in doubt, send me a few photos of your car showing the front, sides and back. I will reply within a day and let you know if it’s the right model.

The front flares are made with the molds of the older Triton (Animal) model, by fitting an insert on the forward part of them, where they fit on the bumper. This shows as a protruding line on the front end of the flares (see photos). If you intend to have the flares painted, your painter can smooth it out.

If your car came with the original flares installed (Barbarian model), when you remove them there will be two rectangular holes and three rivet heads on each side of the bumper that will not be covered by the new flares (this is shown in one of the photos). In this case, you would have to remove the rivets, fill all holes, repair the area and spray paint the bumper, but this is a costly issue. If your car doesn’t have the original flares you will not have this problem.

Each arch is installed by drilling and screwing 4 self tapping screws through the underside flange. The front and rear screw goes through the fiberglass, holding the ends of the flare snugly against the car wing flange, while the two in between are fitted through sheet metal strips which are fixed on the fiberglass, keeping the flare flange 2 to 3 cm lower than the car wing flange right above the wheel. This way you don’t have to put holes through the arch pockets and the sides of the vehicle, unless you want to. Another screw must go under the lower front end and the lower rear end of the flare (in total 6 screws for each arch). The clearing above the top of the flare flange allows the flare to be flushed on the inside with water so that it doesn’t collect mud and debris.

The arches are best installed by a professional or an experienced amateur. We supply installation tips and detailed photos to your email address.
Installation screws, washers and rubber trim are included in the package.
